This policy explains what Dream Giant LLC ("Dream Giant", "we", "us") collects when you use dreamgiantgp.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, email info@dreamgiantgp.com.
Who we are
Dream Giant LLC is an embedded outbound partner for founder-led B2B marketing agencies, based in Thousand Oaks, California, United States. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Audit and contact forms. Name, email address, phone number, company, website, role, team size, current sending volume, reply rate, timeline, and the challenge you describe.
- Free tools. The ROI Calculator and Fit Check run entirely in your browser and send us nothing. The Signal Score and the Agency Pipeline Calculator only collect an email address if you choose to have your results sent to you.
- Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and the time you choose under Calendly's own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request, kept for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics. If we run Google Analytics 4, it is loaded only after you accept the analytics cookie in the consent banner. Until you choose, no analytics cookie is set and no analytics data is sent. Advertising storage and ad personalization are always off.
- Form protection. Form submissions record your IP address and browser user agent so we can stop spam and rate-limit abuse.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver the audit, walkthrough, or call you asked for.
- To reply to you and to follow up on that request.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and understand which pages help visitors.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use form submissions to build prospecting lists.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site and respond to you:
- Supabase (form storage and video hosting), United States.
- Resend (transactional email that notifies us of a new submission).
- Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent).
- Calendly (call scheduling, only if you book).
- Our hosting provider, which processes server logs.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of Dream Giant and others.
Cookies
The site sets one optional analytics cookie, and only after you allow it in the consent banner. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings, and the banner will return on your next visit.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept while we work with you and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics, which we keep at the shortest available setting.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@dreamgiantgp.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you these rights by law; if you are in Canada, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, the local privacy law does the same, and you may also complain to your supervisory authority.
Email we send
Business email from Dream Giant follows CAN-SPAM in the United States and CASL in Canada: accurate sender details, a working unsubscribe in every message, and opt-outs honored within ten business days, usually within 24 hours.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. Substantive changes are also noted on the homepage for 30 days.
